In Utopia , Dennis Kelly had craft an intense , beautifully plotted show that read a cryptical , misrepresented look at paranoia and controlling the earthly concern ’s universe in the 21st century – one that had only really just gotten start in explore its ideas in the second serial , which concluded earlier this yr . The author had hoped to get a third series , but alas , bright video does not necessarily guarantee brilliant ratings – and Channel 4 has decided to cut the show brusque in favour of create new drama serial .
