While still created by MTV Studios , one of severalDariarelated show conceived by the rig , it will air on Comedy Central , likely in a block with South Park . Both Comedy Central and MTV are own by ViacamCBS Entertainment .
Jode will star Jodie Landon , a friend ofDaria’sfrom the original series , as she graduates college and enters the filthy mankind of adults . Focusing on her particular experience as a smutty cleaning lady , the show will sport sarcasm of all the things you ’d await from a coming - of - geezerhood comedy in the 2020s : work culture , social media , probably the coronavirus , etc .
