George Bronk , a 23 - year - old guy , scour Facebook visibility to hack eastward - mail accounts of XII of women . He would then send any naked film he find to the women ’s entire address book because he thought “ it was funny ” .
The stuff Bronk did was passably nasty . He would target distaff Facebook user who bechance to have public e - post addresses and reap any and all type of information from their visibility and conversation ( from preferred colors to food to father ’s middle name , etc ) for suffice security questions that protect the e - mail invoice . Armed with the public but personal information , he was able to cut up in .
Once hacked , Bronk would comb through each woman ’s “ transmit ” folder , face for nude pictures or picture . He ’d then send off those characterization to the women ’s entire contact list for fun . On more sickening occassions , he ’d endanger some of the women directly , say he ’d make the pictures public unless he received more naked pictures from them . The victims equate it to “ virtual rape ” .
When Bronk was arrested the police found 170 explicit pictures stolen from dozens of women .
If it was n’t already apparent , now ’s a good clip for everyone to change their word and security question to something ridiculously difficult and unimaginable to decipher from public information . Or stop pack nude pictures . [ MSNBC ]
