Union confidence are investigating after a Cybertruck crashed and burst into flaming earlier this week , leaving the machine driver of the fomite dead . While there have been anumber of crashesinvolving Tesla ’s improper vehicle , this is saidto be the first one that involves a fatality . The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said that it will be looking into the deadly incident , which ingest post in the bully Houston area early Monday dawn .
Yesterday , troopers with the Texas Department of Public Safety responded to an area near the Grand Parkway for report of a crash , local newsworthiness reports .
