“ Heaven ’s Landing ” is a gate community in Georgia created by former NASCAR racer Mike Ciochetti . What makes it different from other gated communities is the fact that all of the home have carpenter’s plane parked in their driveways . That ’s because Heaven ’s Landing is based around a 5,000 foot private strip . Yes , those of you out there that pipe dream of tread out the door and into your woodworking plane can now do so .
