I ’m sure this has been out for a while , but this is the first time I ’ve ever see an visual guitar . Apparently , this affair detect string quiver optically rather than magnetically , which means you’re able to have a openhanded exercise set of sloppy rubber bands on there and the pickup will still be able-bodied to read it . Very strange .
This cartridge is antiphonal to drawing string movement below and well above human sense of hearing . Lower the chain pitch to “ shake the walls ” or play the upper register to make violin sounds , is up to the musician . Because the tone arm is optic it can see any case of string , sword , nylon , bronze , gut etc . or intermix .
