Selena Gomezlooked the part of proud pal at her best friend’s bridal shower over the weekend.
On Sunday,Courtney Barry postedseveral pictures from her big day on Instagram, and in one of the group shots, the “Wolves” singer, 26, was front and center. While Barry, 26, wore a white lace gown, the pop star opted for a sweet red dress with a high neckline and pulled her hair back into an elegant updo. She topped the look off with some hoops.
Barry captioned the picture with Gomez — a closeup of a few Polaroids including several other friends — “a few of my perfect girls threw me a perfect shower.”
“Two years ago,@sam._lopezprofessed his love for me in this backyard (sort of) on my birthday and I was like whaaaat,” the social media marketer wrote. “And then last year I told him I thought I might marry him so we started dating and here we are, weeks away from getting married and life is so sweet and God is so WILD and I’m just floating through it all.”
Gomez and Barry last showed off their bond on Instagram in August 2018 when they got matching tattoos along with two other friends, Ashley Cook and Raquelle Stevens. The foursome got the number “4” inked on their bodies while Barry and Gomez also got a matching number “1” on their ribcage.

While Gomez’s BFF seems focused on tying the knot, the Disney Channel alum is prioritizing on her own health after she was hospitalized twice in October 2018 — both times for a low white blood cell count, which can be a side effect forkidney transplant patients. (Sheunderwent one in 2017due to her lupus.)
During her second visit, Gomez suffered anemotional breakdownand subsequently headed to a treatment center on the East Coast. “She has had a tough few weeks and the panic attack in the hospital was the tipping point,” a source previously told PEOPLE.

After leaving treatment, though, she’s doing much better and is looking forward to getting back to “normalcy,” a source told PEOPLE last month — around the same timeshe was spotted going for a hikein Malibu, California, with friends. It was the first time she’d been seen out and about in two months.
“Selena looks amazing. Since finishing her treatment, she is surrounding herself with friends,” the insider said. “She seems very happy.”
