Taylor SwiftandBrittany Mahomeshave become fast friends in recent months.
Amid the singer’sblossoming romancewith Kansas City Chiefs playerTravis Kelce, Swift has also become close with thewives and girlfriends of his teammates, including Mahomes, who ismarried to quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
The duo wasfirst photographed grabbing dinnertogether in September 2023 ahead of the Kansas City Chiefs game against the New York Jets and were later seen mingling at MetLife Stadium as they sat in a box withmany of Swift’s famous friends.
It didn’t take long for the two to hit it off as they were later seenhanging out at other games, including one where they showed off their secret handshake.
Swift continued to bring Mahomes into her inner circle as they were seen grabbing dinner with some of the singer’s closest friends in N.Y.C., includingSophie Turner,Selena Gomezand Gigi Hadid.

On Sept. 30, Swift and Mahomes werephotographed grabbing dinnerin N.YC. at Italian restaurantEmilio’s Ballatoalongside Swift’s friends Sophie Turner and Blake Lively.
“They dined in a private room. Everyone had a blast,” a source told PEOPLE of the outing. “They all got along and were just laughing all night over drinks and delicious food." The group sat in the back room for over four hours, with Brittany staying till 1 a.m., and Swift leaving shortly after around 1:30 a.m.
Though the outing marked one of their first public appearances together, Swift had previously spent time with Mahomes at Kelce’s post-game party in Kansas City on Sept. 24.

As the Kansas City Chiefs took on the New York Jets and at MetLife Stadium,Swift brought along some of her A-list friends, including Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds and Sabrina Carpenter. In addition topoking fun at the players with Lively, the “Blank Space” singer was also seen chatting with Mahomes in the box.

As Swift traveled to Kansas City to cheer on Kelce, she sat with Mahomes in Kelce’s box at Arrowhead Stadium. During the game, they were seen excitedly cheering for their partners, and at one point, they shared a hug after one of the plays.

As Swift dropped1989 (Taylor’s Version), she sent a handful of her closest friends a special blue cardigan in honor of the release.Mahomes shared a cute photo of her cardiganon her Instagram Story, captioning it, “#Taylor’s version.”

In early November,Swift and Mahomes had another girls’ nightas they joined some of the singer’s closest pals for dinner, including Turner, Gomez and Hadid.
The group was photographed at Bond St restaurant, as Swift linked arms with Gomez and held Mahomes' hand, while Turner and Hadid walked close behind. The restaurant even reposted a video on theirInstagram Storylater in the evening, showing the group as they left the venue amid a group of onlookers.

In early December, locals spotted Swift and Kelce at holiday pop-up bar Miracle in Kansas City, where the Chiefs were holding a party.Mahomes and her husband were also in attendancefor the event, where they donned matching reindeer onesies. Mahomes shared a cute photo of her and Patrick in their holiday gearon Instagramwith the caption, “Falalalalalalalalala🎄.”
As photos circulated online, one Chiefs fanclaimedon X that Swift and Kelce wore matching holiday sweaters, in line with the party’s theme, which featured a squirrel — a comical reference to one ofKelce’s now-viral old tweetsin which he misspelled the word.
